[REF] mrp: Enabling Work Orders installs quality_mrp

This commit applies the following changes to the MRP settings:

- Ticking 'Work Orders' installs quality_mrp;
- quality_mrp is removed if 'Work Orders' are disabled;
- The quality_mrp section has been removed;
