[FIX] mail: use email configured on template

Send an invoice by email but configure the sender email on the email template. The `mail_template.email_from` field is ignored by the wizard and the email is sent using the default `mail_message.email_from` field. opw-2003562 closes odoo/odoo#34123 Signed-off-by: Julien Castiaux <Julien00859@users.noreply.github.com>
