Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] web: remove gutter overrides in form groups

Causes inconcistencies in the case of a o_form_nosheet (form view
without a <sheet> tag) and are visually not obvious enough to warrant
inspecting this very deeply. Remove them entirely.
