[FIX] web_editor, mass_mailing: use new historyReset io/ resetHistory

344d82c renamed `resetHistory` into `historyReset` but failed to update some calls to it and rename its equivalent in wysiwyg.js. This commit corrects the discrepancy. Part-of: odoo/odoo#75901
