Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] mail: display icon

The icon for .o_user_online (e.g. fa-heart for bot) was not displayed as it was
the same color as the one defined in .o_thread_window_header

Use $o-enterprise-primary-color (aka green) to indicate the user is online

Closes #26350
