Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] project: fix the missing progress bar in project
 sharing view

Before this commit, the progress bar was missing since the progress bar CSS
wasn't loaded to the project sharing webclient.

So in this commit, the progress bar CSS path has been added to the manifest file
for the project web client.
