Subject: [PATCH] [FIX] web: widget pie_chart supports timeRanges

During the refactor of the comparison feature, the pie_chart widget was forgotten
(commit: be5a51a345b8986da0e19627260f64f984e11ae9)
Before this commit, the pie_chart widget did not support timeRanges any longer

After this commit it does again.
