Subject: [PATCH] [REM] stock: remove unused action

- Since 096f8c56b77cdf568ee67ad49973a845424e9336 , action with
id='act_product_stock_move_open' is unused.
- Since f23cc14d136f3c53cd8087d90fbe0a55fca22e52 , action with
id='action_receipt_picking_move' is unused.
- Since 88b000859faf31bec6883f3e373d6a5a3bf2b2a0 , action with
id='product_template_open_quants' is unused.
- Since v10, the action with
id='stock_picking_to_batch_action' is unused.

closes odoo/odoo#45270
