feat(game_base): 添加模块 logo 与 icon

- 新增 static/description/icon.png (128x128)，用于 Odoo Apps 列表 - 新增 static/description/logo.png (512x512)，用于模块详情页展示 - 新增 static/description/index.html，聚合展示 logo、模块说明与 API 列表 - 素材源自主项目 assets/ui/logo_planet*.png
